No, we do not keep all of our material in stock as every knit is custom made. We do our best to keep our site updated with all available colors. If consumer places an order and the color is not available at that time we will contact them via e-mail. The consumer will have one of 2 options; choose to wait until that color is back in stock or select another color of the same style/material of equal or lesser value. If no information is obtained from the consumer, our default option is to wait until the color is back in stock. This may delay product delivery time.

Care instructions are listed for each product in the description section. When you place an order with us you will receive a handwritten card with care instructions specific to that product as well.

Yes, we offer local pickup. Please let us know that you prefer this option at checkout by selecting the "Porch Pickup" option. You will be contacted once your order is ready for pickup.

We place our orders weekly. Payments take 3-5 business days to process. When payment is received we will place your yarn order which typically takes 5 days. Once it is in our hands 1-2 weeks will be needed to create all blankets, and 1 week for hat orders in addition to the shipping option chosen at checkout. This may be longer during the holidays so we recommend placing your order at least a month in advance.
